Armistice Day and Service - November 2022

As part of our History week, our KS1 children walked to the Miners' Welfare Park to watch the Bedworth Centenary Armistice Parade.

We were invited to meet the Lord Lieutenant and to walk with the parade as representatives of our school.

Alex and Jenson proudly joined Mrs Hillyard in the incredible honour of laying the Poppy Wreath at the Bedworth War Memorial.

Mr and Mrs Chapman from Bulkington, who stood behind our children during the parade, have commented that our children were 'very well behaved and respectful'.
