LSA SEND LEAD NEEDED FOR OUR ALTERNATIVE RESOURCE PROVISION

Pay: TA2 + SEND Allowance

Hours: 8.30-3.15pm daily, term-time only

This is a really exciting opportunity to work with our most precious children!

We are looking for that special someone that can support children within our ARP, with Communication and Language needs. 

Our provision supports 8 children with three staff and is run under the direction of our SENDCo.

The vacancy has arisen due to our SENDCo, and current ARP lead, having set up our outstanding provision, now becoming non-class based in order to best meet the needs of the wider school.

The vacancy is to lead the setting and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the provision, ensuring that PLPs are being worked on and being adaptive in the moment to ensure that individual needs are being met, under the direction of the SENDCo

Children have access to a Soft Play Room as well as a Light Sensory Room, , with plans for a purpose-built brand new setting within the next 12months!

Early Years Educators needed! 

We currently have vacancies in our Nursery and Preschool settings due to a number of Maternity Leaves coinciding. These roles would be initially be fixed term until July 2026, with the potential of being extended.
31.25hrs a week, 8.30-3.15pm, with the option of additional hours to support wrap sessions. Pay Scale TA1 or TA2 depending on experience and qualifications. You must have at least a Level 2 in EY Childcare to be considered.
